Hi everyone, inbetween creating my commissions I've been able to paint this beautiful portrait with pastels for my friend; a gift for her birthday 💖 the portrait is of her mum; I had a real challenge on my hands here because the reference photo was really old. I've included the reference below.. there were no other options with it being a secret! This was the only photo I had available with the help of my friends sister. After some hours I managed to create a beautiful piece and when gifted, her reaction was priceless and worth every minute of my time 💖
